WooCommerce itself usually does not add an extra fee just for using Stripe. The main cost is Stripe’s transaction fees (which vary by country and payment method). Stripe’s standard pricing is pay-as-you-go, and the pricing page shows a “get started” rate of 2.9% + 30¢ for card payments (commonly used for U.S. pricing).
